Can I cancel my order or have an exchange / refund?

ALL products are non-refundable & non-exchangeable. 

However, we wish that you are happy with your purchase, 1 time free size adjustment for ring items* will be offered.

In case of a resizing request, please keep the e-receipt and email us at soignejewels.hk@gmail.com / WhatsApp us at 6295 6238 within 5 days from the date you received the parcel. We will arrange for you accordingly.

*The size of the following items cannot be adjusted:

Free SF Express & DHL Express Domestic services will be offered. You may choose from any of the followings:

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Under normal circumstances, 11 – 15 business days will be required for the production & delivery. You will be informed once your order is ready for shipping.

YES! You may choose platinum instead of 18k gold. Please send us an enquiry and we will tailor make for you.

Do you have a product warranty?

Warranty will be offered SOLELY for any manufacturing defects for 3 months from the date of purchase. This does not cover scratches, damages caused by accident (bent ring, broken chain), abuse, neglect, improper use or storage of the product, unauthorized modifications or normal wear and tear.
